EASY RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We’ll do whatever’s necessary to make you happy with your Nuku purchase. Your satisfaction is our biggest concern.
Exchanges and refunds: If you aren’t totally happy with any full sale domestic Nuku purchase, simply return it in sellable condition and in the original packaging within 30 days with your packing slip for an exchange or a refund. Any refunds will be made through your original form of payment. Items must not have been worn, altered or washed. All discounted items can be either exchanged or returned for store credit, no refunds. All international orders are final sale.
Free return labels for every purchase.
We charge a flat rate of $7 for ground shipping. Shipping will be done through the USPS for all domestic orders. A flat rate of $20 will be charged for international orders and they will be shipped through FedEx. A tracking number will be given to you with your confirmation email. Please do not hesitate to reach out if there are any issues or concerns.
LOST OR STOLEN ITEMS
We ship all domestic orders with USPS. If your tracking number indicates your item was delivered, we have no control and we cannot issue you a refund. In this case your item was most likely stolen and you need to contact the local authorities or your local postal service.
If your item appears to be lost you need to contact USPS or your local delivery service and speak with them. It is not our responsibility once the item is sent out. It is then on the delivery service to successfully deliver your package.
