Refund policy

We’ll do whatever’s necessary to make you happy with your Nuku purchase. Your satisfaction is our only concern.

Exchanges and refunds: If you aren’t totally happy with any full sale Nuku purchase, simply return it in sellable condition and in the original packaging within 30 days with your packing slip for an exchange or a refund. Any refunds will be made through your original form of payment. Items must not have been worn, altered or washed. All discounted items can be either returned for exchange or store credit, no refunds. 

Free return label is included with every purchase.
